Counselling
a safe space for every journey.
Rebecca Bowers
Hello! I’m Rebecca Bowers, a counselling student from St. John's, NL, where I am completing my practicum with Morgan Counselling Services. I am completing my Master's degree in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and hold student membership with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions, and work collaboratively with my supervisor to ensure you are provided with evidence-based methods and personalized support for your unique situation.

Being under supervision means that I work collaboratively with a qualified supervisor who guides and monitors my practice. This ensures I provide the highest standard of care and maintain professional development, benefiting you as a client.
Talk. Heal. Grow.

Prioritizing your mental health is a powerful step, and you don’t have to take it alone. My counselling services are here to support you through life’s challenges and help you reconnect with your strengths. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth.
